Our facilities include:
- Multiple pre-treatment lines for all different metal parts
- 4 Automated conveyor type electroplating lines
- 1 Robot transporter type electroplating line
- 5 Automated conveyor type curing oven
- A fully equipped laboratory where all our products are tested before the finished products are sent back to our customers
The result of all of the above facilities, together with a team of dedicated personals, is a highly cost competitive metal finishing plant for most types of metal parts like aluminium, magnesium, steel and zinc. Based on our regular sized products, our output capacity can reach up to 1.3 million parts per day.
